More than 17 years of experience in Industrial and Intellectual Property, working closely with all types of clients in the management of their IP assets, specifically in legal advice and assistance in the protection and defense of Industrial Property rights (trademarks, industrial designs and patents); domain names, copyrights and unfair competition; covering the entire spectrum of action, from the definition of the strategy, monitoring of registration applications, marketing and licensing of rights. Specialized in trademarks and distinctive signs.
At the same time, she has participated in several specialized international congresses such as INTA, MARQUES, ITMA, PTMG, AIPPI, MARQUES, and has been a member of the Board of Directors of ACPI, President of the Board of the General Assembly of ACPI and Secretary General of the Portuguese AIPPI.

Law Degree from Portuguese Catholic University.
Lawyer, admitted by the Portuguese Bar Association.
Post-Graduate Degree in Intellectual Property Law, Portuguese Catholic University.
Post-Graduate Degree in Intellectual Property Law, University of Lisbon and Portuguese Association of Intellectual Property Law.
Official Industrial Property Agent (AOPI) Admitted by the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI).
European Trademark and Design Representative before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
