It provides advisory services including trademarks, patents, plant variety licensing, copyrights and right to the own image. His contributions in these matters have been influential in the criteria of the Federal Courts and the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation (of Mexico).
He is an active member of the Mexican Bar Association (Barra Mexicana, Colegio de Abogados, A.C.).
