Acerca de Ana Fidalgo

Experience as Industrial Property Consultant at ClarkeModet Portugal. Began his professional career at ClarkeModet Portugal in 1999 in the Surveys and Surveillance area.

Specializes in IP management, with a special focus on trademarks and other distinctive commercial signs. In the performance of his duties, he manages trademark portfolios for national and international clients, with emphasis on advice and strategy in the different phases of protection, defense and internationalization of IP rights, and also actively participates in contentious matters, with special attention to the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI). Since 2007, he has been an official agent for industrial property registered with the INPI.
