Professional experience of more than 20 years in analyzing and examining trademarks, copyrights, patents, industrial designs and utility models, as well as drafting, registering and conducting agreements, investigation analysis, drafting technical/legal opinions, litigation, provision of technical and advisory assistance to national and multinational companies for the protection of their IP assets in Brazil and abroad.
Is also a Specialized Consultant and Judicial Expert in Intellectual Property Matters since 2016.
Is part of the Fashion Law Commission and was part of the Commission for Studies and Combating Piracy and the Customs Subcommission until 2023, all of the Brazilian Bar Association – Rio de Janeiro Section, as well as being Coordinator of the Technology Transfer Commission and ABPI Franchises – 2022/2023.
